We are currently seeking Machinists who are looking to continue a rewarding career while learning a trade. You will learn to operate, setup and maintain the various machines and tools we use to manufacture our wide variety of parts, all while helping drive our team’s production.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide support to the manufacturing team across various levels of production.
Operate machines and tools to meet production demands.
Follow drawing details and specifications to ensure product accuracy.
Assist in running automated machinery, including loading bar stock, refilling fluids, and removing chips.
Follow all Prion procedures and keep the work area clean and organized.
Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
Perform other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills:
Basic machining experience a plus.
Metal cutting experience a plus.
Mechanically inclined skillset.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and high-quality output.
Problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot assembly issues.
Excellent time management and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or training is a plus.
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as necessary.
Ability to work while standing for up to 8 hours per day.
