CNC Machinist/Setup

We are seeking a CNC Machinist with setup experience to join our team. As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for running existing programs and making minor adjustments to setups as needed to produce high-quality parts that meet customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load materials and run existing programs on CNC machines
• Conduct machine setups, including loading tooling and fixtures and making minor adjustments to programs as needed
• Monitor production and adjust machine settings as needed to maintain quality standards
• Conduct regular machine maintenance to ensure optimal performance
• Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to machine operation and product quality
• Identify opportunities for improvement and suggest improvements to processes
• Ensure part quality and productivity using measuring instruments and gauges

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience as a CNC Machinist with setup experience
• Knowledge of machine setup and operation
• Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications, and work instructions
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
